SWTOR Taris Droid Recon (Republic) Location Guide

This guide will show the locations of all six MCR-99 Recon Droids on Republic Taris using the Macrobinoculars from the Macrobinocular Mission where you have to find the Shroud.

Find the hidden Recon Droids scattered all over the galaxy to complete "The Droids You're Looking For" achievement. To earn the MCR-100 Miniprobe Pet you must complete all of the Faction specific planets on that Character. You must repeat this on all the characters you wish to unlock the pet on.

Olaris Reclamation Base

This Recon Droid is located up among the ruins and overgrowing vegetation that is undergoing repairs in the centre of Olaris Reclamation Base.

Republic Resettlement Zone

This Recon Droid is located among the ruins of collapsed buildings in the north-east of the Republic Resettlement Zone north of the Alien Settlement right before you enter the Sinking City area.

The Sinking City - Dynamet General Hospital

This Recon Droid is located atop the ruins of a collapsed building and can be seen from the ground floor of ruins of Dynamet General Hospital north of Waypoint Station Aurek in the Sinking City.

The Sinking City - The Endar Spire

This Recon Droid is located above one of the engines of the crashed Endar Spire in the south of the Sinking City.

Transport Station 5

Tularan Marsh

This Recon Droid is located above the Derelict Swoop Tracks north of Brejik's Run Outpost in the Tularan Marsh. You can see the Recon Droid from a hole in the ceiling where a tree is reaching for the sky.
