This is a simple, but hidden achievement, which means you'd most likely stumble upon it by accident. All you have to do is remove 30x Tidewracks from the nothern beach between Port Granost and Orabina Cove.
The Achievement can be found in your Legacy (Y) > Location > Kessan's Landing > Exploration.
