SWTOR Beastmaster of Makeb Location Guide

To complete the "Beastmaster of Makeb" achievement you must find nine bestiary lore objects. This written guide will show you where to locate each lore object.

The Achievement can be found in your Legacy (Y) > Locations > Makeb > Exploration.

Barbed Ginx

Closest to Republic.

To get the Barbed Ginx lore object, you have to defeat a Juvenile Ginx, found in a small creek at the Avesta Plantation.

Closest to Empire.

To get the Barbed Ginx lore object, you have to defeat a Juvenile Ginx, found in a small group of Barbed Ginx on that path from the Crash Site in Gravity Hook Seven where you start on Makeb.
Note: You can also get this codex from Small Ginx that you can find in the ponds at the Solida Hesk's Estate, the same area where you can get the Exoboar codex.

Exoboar

Closest to Republic.

To get the Exoboar lore object, you have to defeat a Trained Exoboar Mauler, found in the Regulator Camp in the north of Frinn Mesa.

Closest to Empire.

To get the Exoboar lore object, you have to defeat a Khobisho Attack Hound, found among the forces at the Solida Hesk's Estate.

Isotope-5 Droids (Republic Only)

To get the Isotope-5 Droid lore object, you have to defeat a Isotope-5 Prototype Walker Droid, send to terrorize the citizens of the Tarlam Settlement in the republic story instance called "Old Feuds" (part of the main storyline).

Makrin Creeper

Closest to Republic.

To get the Makrin Creeper lore object, you have to defeat an Elite Makrin Creeper, found along the main path to the north in Frinn Mesa.

Closest to Empire.

To get the Makrin Creeper lore object, you have to defeat a Roaming Makrin, found along the main path going north in Perekta Mesa.

Pterathki

Closest to Republic.

To get the Pterathki lore object, you have to defeat a Pterathki, found in the area close to the Republic travel point in Frinn Mesa.

Closest to Empire.

To get the Pterathki lore object, you have to defeat a Pterathki Hunter, found in the area north of the Crash Site in Gravity Hook Seven.

Subteroth

To get the Subteroth lore object, you have to defeat an Underworld Carnivore Pack Leader, found plentiful inside the Volcanic Mesa.

Underwalker

To get the Underwalker lore object, you have to defeat an Underwalker Drone or an Underwalker Scarab, both found plentiful inside the Volcanic Mesa.
